This week's email is going to be short because my writing time is little but my pictures are numerous. April 17, 2022 - Daejeon

 This week was busy and adventurous!  We have been able to meet individuals in every flavor recently. From American english teachers, to Muslim university students, to Korean nuclear researchers, it astounds me how many people the Lord is able to gather in one city and let us interact with. This week was also Stake Conference! We missed the priesthood session due to having a lesson that went long, but the two sessions I was able to attend were really wonderful, and also really great opportunities to meet members from other wards as well as people from our ward who have been attending on Zoom! That, and one of our recent converts was sustained to receive the Melchizedek priesthood! 4 people were sustained, and 2 of them were recent converts! In just the past 4 months, more people have been baptized in this stake than in the entire last year combined, and I can really feel the spiritual momentum building as we pick up off the Covid season That Sunday was also Easter, and we...

April 11, 2022 - Daejeon

Hello again! Sorry for the long gap in emails; It's been some crazy busy 3 weeks. I'll start off by listing off a bunch of highlights: Conference was incredible! My companion moved to 이천 (Icheon) and is now Zone Leader! My new companion is Elder 길강산 (Gil Gangsan), and he is awesome! Our recent convert is finishing his mission papers this week and being ordained an Elder! Now that the rapid fire is out of the way I can give a more comprehensive email. Still don't have too much time though so I'm sure I will miss things haha. Transfers happened, and they were busy busy busy! I am staying in Daejeon, but Elder Zito is gone now, which makes me sad and excited. They are also splitting the two Daejeon ward's sisters, so another set of sisters is coming to our district. We are getting pretty big! This past week was very adventurous, because my companion was acting Zone Leader for a zone he had never served in while living halfway across Korea.
