Elder Wardle's Mission Letter

  Hey everyone! It's been almost 3 weeks since the last update. I don't plan on keeping you waiting this long between updates, so don't worry. Sometimes, being at home and being able to talk about what's happening with my family makes me forget that actual documentation needs to be written and shared! That being said, this update is a HUGE one. So much has happened in the last three weeks. The most important piece of information I have to share is the fact that I've been given a reassignment! I've been called to the Oregon, Eugene mission! There are several other members of the district also called to my same mission on reassignment! Hold all those horses, though, because it's still possible that I'm heading straight to Korea. Everyone in our district has gotten reassignments simply due to how down to the wire our VISA processes are going. It's highly likely most of us will head to Korea on September 9.   Hey guys! I'm reporting for two weeks worth of content today. Last week I felt like not enough had happened to report it, but as I'm sitting down to write this one that seems ridiculous; so much has happened! Korean training is going quite well! It is very hard, and hard in ways I never even thought it would be. But my teachers continue to be phenomenal, and my district continues to blow me away with how perfect they are for me. It can be quite stressful at times. I feel like I'm quite a ways behind the rest of my district, particularly when it comes to comprehending other people, but I am constantly comforted by the Holy Spirit such that everything feels doable. I am feeling the Spirit more consistently and more powerfully than I ever have in my life before, and it's just from Zoom calls! It is a powerful testimony to me that the Lord works through miraculous ways, and excites me to find what other unthought of ways I can invite the spirit as I serve the...
