The Final Email - Nonsan
It's unbelievable that the end has come so quick. But regardless of how I feel about it, I will be in America next week.
We have been spending the final days very well. I'm so busy! We have started a new Korean class for some of our friends, and we had a big luncheon after church with members and friends yesterday. I finally managed to eat live octopus today at the beach, so I believe I've hit all the worldly bucket list items!
The highlight of the week might have been the opportunity to bear my testimony Saturday night with other returning missionaries. The spirit was so powerful, and it was a great opportunity to see how far I and those serving with me have come.
I have made some crazy great memories in this country, and while some of then are funny, fascinating, or even downright frustrating, the memories closest to my heart are my experiences with my Savior. I will always be a disciple of Jesus Christ, even after I leave this place. I will always remember Korea as the place I came to know Him.
I will be arriving at the Salt Lake Airport at 9PM on Friday for anyone who hopes to see me there. I will also be speaking in church right away, and I would love to see you at church for my returning testimony Sunday July 16 at 11am.
