Gospel Carpentry and Belief Intestines
Here is a rundown of this week in Namwon:
We are finding people to teach, and while most of them are interested in learning English above all else, it has become an opportunity to have Members, less actives, and our friends meet at a new English class in Namwon!
Our friend who we have been working to prepare for baptism before the end of the year just isn't ready, and that's OK! We are here to help her where she needs us and no more. But the hunt for the elect continues into December as we hope to fulfill an invitation given by our mission president to baptize someone before this year closes.
Our Christmas party has been well coordinated, and we will actually be having two events! Double the fun! Assuming I don't get transferred before that, that is.
It's been a busy week! We feel the air currents of the Lord under our wings, even if we can't see where He is taking us yet. But I hope you all are feeling like the Lord is blessing you in all your endeavors as well! If not, all it takes is one heartfelt prayer. Or sometimes two. Or sometimes a lifetime. But I know I have been appreciating the simple gift of prayer the more I apply it. It truely comes prepackaged with blessings ready for us and only conditional on our request!
I hope you all have a fantastic week!
